excuse me, do any of you can get the DDNS to work?

i bought Tenda AC18 last 2 years ago,
never flash firmware before, recently I want to use the DDNS service(dyndns.org)Paid service, after fill in all the dyndns username/password/domain and save, it shows Connection status as Disconnected? is this Tenda AC18 DDNS malfunction? |
