Maybe can contact HLY direct. I have very good experience communicating with their PR team. I bought EGO LC Fi in 2014. The shop gave wrong user manual. I email HLY to get the right one. Within 3-4 days I got the right one. I wen't to HLY factory in Sungai Buloh. They have spare parts department there. Can contact them to get the price and such. |
