but if I'm remembered correctly, 32-bit apps still can run on 64-bit OS by emulation, a little bit slow but what the heck? today PC spec is like monster... whistling.gif

Vista Build: Retail 6000
Vista Version: Ultimate 32-bit
Problem: 0xC004E003 - Some validation failed stuff

Before this problem occured, i originally have Vista in my computer. It's genuine =.=. And after i reformat it, this problem just come out of nowhere.

Tested :-

1. Full format HDD, and clear up everythig.
2. Reset BIOS.
3. Installed more than 5 times. =.= this is tiring..
4. Have 2 HDD, tried to install on different HDD , but still same problem.

Could just use phone call to activate, but it's annoying to see this kind of error in the future. Any idea how to solve this problem?
* and i wanna find out what is the cause to this problem too..

eh, I only use 25GB partition for Vista. there are some more hidden garbage IMO. better do a full formatted installation.
to make the DVD Key legit for installation, What you do is during installation, DO NOT enter the DVD Key first. Only after teh OS installed, then enter teh key. If not it won't work as upgrade key needs to have old os installed

SP1 is known for it's problem, it's better to have integrated Vista DVD with SP1 and reinstall from scratch...

that's normal. 64-bit applications/games are installed in Program Filesx64 so you can have both 32-bit and 64-bit installed on your system. and yes, 64-bit does uses more spaces, a vLited vista 32-bit ISO is 700MB while vLited vista 64-bit ISO is 1.26GB...

I don't think you can open flash in Photo Gallery. Just use your IE or Firefox to open it.
