I would also like to ask for my case, I went to Perodua Service Centre this morning for my MyVi second service and after inspection, they suspect possible oil leakage under my vehicle.

They suspect the root cause of the leakage is due to broken
1. Drive Shaft Oil Seal
2. Drive Shaft Boot

They still couldn't 100% confirm on this, so they asked me to drive for a few weeks and get back to them to check. I actually noticed some oil drops under my vehicle few months ago but that just happened occasionally and I don't feel any issues when driving.

And then I asked them whether can these be repaired or must be replaced. They said those part must be replaced if found broken. So, may I ask if anyone knows the price range of the above items?

If the price to replace at Perodua Service Centre is to high, can I find a better alternative outside? If I do, will this void my warranty?

Anyone facing problem with the reverse camera? My reverse camera suddenly lost signal and not displaying anything when reversing. Went to service center and they do not know how to repair and what's wrong. They say need to go all the way to Rawang to repair and don't know how long it will take. mad.gif

Yes mine faced the same problem too. Barely a month old car. Went to the service center twice. First time, they did inspection and told me to come 2 weeks later as they will order a new camera. And recently I went, the problem was unsolved, the said the camera is working. They are not sure what’s the problem and requested me to keep the car for a day. Probably will leave the car After Deepavali 🤦🏻‍♂️

all I know they take constructive feedback from forum and compile it weekly/monthly

if let say one SC got a complaint whereby one customer experience unpleasant shit from the SC staff - the boss sure kana one in next meeting from HQ

reminds me of my experience with maxis, the more irate u become, the more attention u will get, and there will be some special memo tagged on your account-if u play ur card well , ur call will be passed directly to the supervisor

no need to speak profanity or something, just play ur card well , and u will get special treatment

Guys, I just want to ask, is the new myvi steering a little stiff/hard? Is it normal?
My previous 2013 myvi was softer than the new one.
