These past few days in the myvi group got cases of failing gearboxes and fuel pumps

Hi, I just have car accident in my 1 month old brand new Perodua Myvi 1.5H on 6Aug2019 because of faulty brake (brake was suddenly not functioning). Anyone here, has encountered this technical issue on their new myvi? Now, it's under SC using claim insurance. I've complaint to perodua why they asked me to use my insurance when it's a brand new car, some more it will takes a month for them to repair. I asked SC if there's a courtesy car to use while under their investigation and repair. SC said, they don't have such policy. My insurance also said, it is an own damage claim because no 3rd party involved in the incident so I'm not entitled for lost of usage claim. Any advise to claim my rights on the warranty because the car is just a month old on 9 Aug19 and it has a faulty brake? I've paid 20% deposit and paying off the monthly loan and have waited this car my order for 3 months before it was released and just drove a month and this was happened. My life was even put in danger due to brake malfunction. Shouldn't perodua just change to new unit my car since its only a month old and has a technical issue and also provide a courtesy car for me while my car is under their custody?

Hi everyone,
I have Perodua Myvi 1.5 Adv which i bought Dec 2018 last year.
Few days before, got problem with starting up the car. But, yesterday it cannot start at all. Then I call the Perodua Auto Assist and they send the car to Perodua SC in Bundusan. Later, they found out it has fuel pump problem. The SA told me that the part is unavailable and need to wait at least 1month. He also told me that courtesy car is unavailable and I need to find my own solution for my transport problem.I ask them for compensation daily till my car get fix, but he told me that it is not Perodua policy to compensate customer regarding this problem. I'm puzzled. How come they treat customer like this. The car is just 6 months old and already broken! I have to pay ccm and now the car cant be use. And they didnt offer anything to help me? Did anyone encounter this kind if problem? I'm thinking of bringing this matter to Consumer Tribunal to give Perodua a leason. They have a lot of profits but didnt care about their cuatomer predicament. If anybody have similar experience can you share and advise me what to do. Tqvm
