QUOTE(Akmall540 @ Jan 18 2018, 02:49 PM)
After 4 game straight draw i can conclude that:-

1- Not one dared to shoot outside from the box. the build up play will always from the flank either right or left and just cross the ball hoping for Morata to head it home. It is easy to face Chelsea now. Other team can prepare to cut the supply from the flank or mark Morata tightly.

2- Our striker (Morata) failed to stay on his feet and always looking for a foul rather than link up with our attacking midfielder. I have to agree that Morata need someone stronger than him to partner him upfront.

3- Bakayoko really needs to improve his positioning and awareness. When he moaned why he didnt get to the French national team I partly agree with him but now I am sure France manager Didier Deschamps did the right thing. Bakayoko even said that he is good as Kante. What a joke. vmad.gif  vmad.gif  vmad.gif

4- Maybe Conte is trying to send a message to Roman about his squad depth. And Roman responding by bringing Andy Carrol to the Bridge. ffs, this is beyond my imagination. I knew i wrote that Morata needed someone strong to partner him upfront but Andy Carrol is not in the list. Should have try to prise Mauro Icardi or Andrea Belotti instead of bringing Andy Carrol.

Secretly hoping barkley will help with our transition from defense / midfield to attack but i'm not getting my hopes up. There are glaring problems with our play which are being compounded by abysmal finishing. I swear if we can get an early goal vs brighton (honestly don't care if it deflects off the ref's butt or something) and continue to play on the front foot, the whole team will respond positively. But if we play with a slow, cautious tempo then i think the best we can hope for is a draw.

We are getting more and more look like Arsenal now.
With new stadium going to start, we are getting less and lesser purchasing power to buy new players.
We better get use to it now sad.gif

What's with your club guys? One year won title then next year sack manager and another year seek another manager?

Last time ppl keep blaming on Mourino but for what i see now it's nothing to do with him another. Is it because players or the culture or Russian boss??

Chelsea fan creates damning seven-minute YouTube video to explain why Tiemoue Bakayoko has been so poor - complete with diagrams and clips

Tiemoue Bakayoko's difficult start to life at Chelsea has been summed up in a damning seven-minute YouTube video made by an angry supporters.

The former Monaco man signed in the summer for £40million, but has felt the wrath of Chelsea fans on a number of occasions after some poor performances in midfield.

In order to fully explain the difficulties Bakayoko has faced, one supporter has gone a step further, creating a lengthy video explaining every problem in depth.

YouTube user 'Nouman' lists five separate points complete with full explanations, diagrams and match action clips to explain exactly why Chelsea fans should be angry with the expensive midfielder.

Beginning with 'no recovery runs', the supporter draws arrows and circles to explain exactly where Bakayoko should be in certain passages of play, explaining how other players perform his jobs better than he does.

'Holding on the ball' is next, complete with plenty of clips of him being dispossessed, before 'passing', 'tackles' and 'finishing' are all touched upon.

Towards the end of the clip, the word 'CONCLUSION' flashes up, before a hugely damning summary to concisely sum up his points.

'Fans only support you when you show intensity and willingness to give your best on the pitch,' Nouman writes. 'But Bakayoko surely lacks intensity and he needs to improve almost every aspect of his game-play.

'Chelsea most of the time look like a team who are playing with 10 men because Bakayoko doesn't help anywhere on the pitch.'

This season, the Frenchman has played 30 times in all competitions, with Conte certainly getting his money's worth, but Bakayoko's performances have left a lot to be desired.

He will be expected to improve in the second half of the season... but if he doesn't, you can surely expect 'Nouman' to return with a sequel.

We might end up with Emile heskey by the end of the window. I really don't mind we go for giroud at this rate. Comparable to morata in term of heading ability.

Andy Carroll faces injury spell, ending links to Chelsea - reports

Andy Carroll is set to stay with West Ham this winter as he faces at least a month out through an ankle injury, according to multiple reports.

Carroll has been linked with a move to Chelsea, but now any move in January appears to be unlikely after a scan reportedly revealed the severity of the injury on Thursday.

Surgery is among the options being considered and, if the 29-year-old Carroll underwent an operation he would be out for months, rather than weeks.

Hammers boss David Moyes is likely to address the matter in his news conference on Friday ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash at home to Bournemouth.

Earlier this week, Moyes had denied that West Ham were ready to sell Carroll, who has not played since Jan. 4 against Tottenham.

"At the moment Andy has an ankle injury," Moyes said on Wednesday. "He had an injection around 10 days ago and we hope that will settle and he will be available again as soon as possible."

The news of Carroll's injury may change West Ham's plans for out-of-favour forwards Javier Hernandez and Diafra Sakho. Hernandez is a loan target for Besiktas, sources told ESPN FC earlier on Thursday.

Moyes was at Chelsea's FA Cup replay with Norwich on Wednesday night, apparently watching Belgium striker Michy Batshuayi.

Batshuayi scored Chelsea's first goal in more than five hours, but his overall performance was underwhelming as he frequently squandered possession.

Di Marzio - Chelsea have offered €50m + Batshuayi on loan for Dzeko & Emerson. Roma want €65m.

No questioning Dzeko's ability even if he's turning 32 soon, he never relied on his pace so wouldn't be a problem at all. Emerson Palmieri was one of the best LBs in Serie A before his ACL injury.
