Property overhang and unaffordable is fake news.

not all properties are overhang lah….

she can hold onto one report and deem every prop in the country should not do well... in her eyes most probably all developers' sales are fake sales gua....

It seems every s.a claim their development is exception to property overhang.

Maybe each SA has their own definition of overhang 😄

If these developments receive preferential treatment from banks on housing loan approval and there is an acute shortage of supply in the vicinity.
