This caught my interest 2 months ago, mostly due to how near it is to MRT TRX and TRX itself... if i'm not mistaken, they were open for booking of units by phases starting from lowest floor. Placed the booking cheque but had doubts after surveying the area.

Road access doesn't seem to be ideal. Very narrow road which is sharing with the restaurants there. Also, there are construction going on already for high rise office / hotels / residential directly behind this Agile development. So most likely low to mid floors will have blocked view of TRX. But most importantly, density at this price sweat.gif

When's the launch date?
Does anyone here knows how much is the maintenance fee like and its furnishing heard is partial but not sure what included with the partial?..help pls~

How to build resi title condo in built up commercial zone in cbd? Cost will be sky high.

The 1st thing about popety is location. Any other factors are secondary.

Launched in June 2018. Maintenance fee is estimated to be rm0.70 psf

Pretty decent project in overall, with location being Jalan Bukit Bintang, Freehold, MRT, TRX, Pavilion, price also reasonable. The only concern is the density i guess

Partial furnished with kitchen cabinet , hood and hob,refrigerator, washed and dryer, microwave oven, wardrobe, aircond, water heater and intercom

As if agile have exemption from Black list while country garden and forest city couldn't.

More foreign buyers mean more supply of subsale units.
