From the rate that they charge, I think better off renting out long term if rental is around 5k. If you search in airbnb, there are alots of units in airbnb for agile bukit bintang. Usually units that can easily rent out can hardly find short term rental units in airbnb.
My corporate tenant from Hua Wei (office in TRX) said their accommodation allowance is only RM2500. This is beyond their budget unless they share with colleagues or friends.

I am sales staff for this project, I deal with the airbnb and they did manage to come out with high airbnb returns that I can show you in B&W, unsure why this listing can be so low, many factors like dates, view, design etc I believe.
For Huawei, I think it depends on their ranking too? Higher paid employees or C level executives could have higher allowance for accommodation. But of course, TRX is huge hence we don't just target Huawei employees as long term tenants.
If you want to play safe, would definitely recommend to do long term rental too, as its more stable & still having high demand. And, you don't need to do profit sharing with the airbnb operators
