Hi I bought a vx3276 2k from lazada. Within a month the speaker and the aux port started having issue. Now the monitor doesn't have sound anymore and the monitor also have backlit bleeding issue.

Do you have pick up service for the warranty?

Looking about 32inch 4k VA monitor, using for Movie, drama, text writing, novel, gaming + surf web.
choose between BenQ EW3270U and ViewSonic VX3211-4K-mhd?
Not so like IPS panel, too brightness, VA panel more soft.
Both this 2 monitor got Vesa wall mount, Freesync, Low blue light and flicker free.

The Viewsonic monitor come with 3 years warranty?
I'm living at Kedah, is monitor got problem issue, where should i send for repair?
Is that any special promotion price at 11.11.2018 on Lazada or Shopee or 11street?

As for special promotion, I'm sorry to say we do not have any for this model because it's new in the market.
