done this before. i was 90kg before, now around 61-62kg.
its not about how far or fast you can run, its about how determine are you to run everyday. |

I only lost about 4kg within 2 months, i wonder how to improve the progress?
Diet Only plain water - skip all stupid teh/coffee, no rice but ok with noodles... Dinner is Subway + Banana. Something to note, i ate a lot of banana to tahan hunger. Workout about 40 min workout every 2 days. |
