I am used to go gym in the evening after work during weekday. When come to weekend, I will go gym in the morning around 9am. However, I felt like  I cannot perform as good as in the noon. Do you ever encounter this?

The other issue is, workout in the morning, I can go half way only. I feel least energy after half of my training. Any solution?

Thank

It really depends on ur metabolism ...I personally doing intermittent fast and i tend to workout as close as possible to the time i break my fast (usually fast 14/16 hrs) and I really feel a lot of energy at that time. But it might be simply because of my routine.

I too understand your situation and  I can related to the situation as I'm also come  across the same before. I suggest you to go  for gym in the morning time mostly, it will give you a refresh mode at the time your work. I do know that becoz of office work wee may have to do gym in the afternoon. But if you compare the both the morning is  most preferred by many of them.

Thanks for the explanation.

But then i personally feel that workout in afternoon is better due to i can focus compared to morning. It could be because I have been “moving” for the whole day and all muscle are awake and easy to warm up and stress it. However, i have difficulty to get the body move. Anything I can do in the Morning to get the body get into condition quickly?

I see. In my prospective way I believe in the morning time you can easily make any movements with out any stress as compared with the afternoon. I may suggest you to do a normal movement of your body like running or jogging in the morning time.
