Train it slow, ok. I got this point.
Actually I have been in gym for 7 years, should not have "nervous" sign as I am used to all those exercises. It just sometime i might feel no energy or want-to-vomit feeling whenever i train leg first. izzit because the pressure i put on stomach too much?
I did not say train it slow. I say train it to slow down.
I am surprised that you are in the gym for 7 years yet you do not know what is central nerve system (CNS). I believe one of the forumer said CNS, not nervous. And I am also surprised that you are not used to the thump on your chest, the pant for air, the sweat flushing all over, the feel of vomiting and also the theory behind improvement.
What I was trying to say is, you should feel like crap when you when you sprint 100m with 12 sec for the first time in your life. As your training goes on, after a year, if you run 100m with 12 sec, you should feel less like a crap. That is improvement. Work for those improvements. Push through the pain, push through the feeling of wanting to pass out. You will come out a different person after that session.
And also, if you squat during your leg days and you feel dizzy, you are brazing in wrongly, inhaling, exhaling wrongly. Learn the breathing pattern with an empty bar before you go on with weights again.
