Boon siew should bring in the supercub 110 & replace the ever ugly ex5 fi.. Just like in Thailand, which the supercub retro 2018 replaced their honda dream 110 fi

It is sensible for boon siew to bring this kapcai instead the c125 for the mass market. c125 is more like a premium, old school, classic kapcai packed with modern features. Sure only enthusiast will buy such premium expensive kapcai. The thing is, M'sians buy kapcai for their practicality & of course speed, like 150cc kapcais

Malaysians who buy a cubchai in general, doesn't have much disposable income.
There are of course some cubchai riders who can afford to mod their cubchai but how many of these owners compared to normal every day owners.

Thai version is slightly different compared to the Indonesia version. Thai version is lower spec and probably cheaper. IMHO, this bike, if it makes it here, will not be for the general mass kapchai market but for those looking for retro bikes and of the middle and upper income levels who want to relive their childhood but on a modern and technologically newer package.

Thats why I'm hoping that boon siew will bring the supercub retro 110 as well to replace the current unpopular & ugly ex5 fi. I bet many people will buy this supercub retro as the proper successor of ex5 as it is the faithful model to the classic supercub c70.

I'm suggesting the supercub c125 as the enthusiast model who wants premium quality with classic feel, while the supercub retro 110 as the the replacement/successor of the ex5 fi, for general market, just like in Thailand. I notice that even south korea & in japan as well this supercub retro 110 is the current latest mainstream moped..IMHO, I bet the ex5 fi is indeed not only ugly to our eyes but also other people worldwide.. Hence, the revival of the old supercub c50 & c70 design in the latest 110cc model with pgm-fi & other modern features..

Hope they don't give us the heart attack like the X-ADV after SST almost 7k different the price hike (from 57k to 65k off the road price)
