BSH can go low volume but high margin or lower the price and we get to see more on the road since this is a niche model. My guess is if they bring it in officially, it will be the former. Limit the bike to those who can afford it, keep the numbers exclusive and earn more per bike. Plus, owners who pay lots for that bike would theoretically have perhaps one or two other bikes to ride and less likely to complain if something goes wrong (but then, this is a Honda and my guess is things seldom go wrong). |
