becareful when taking it out the protective layer on both sides make it very slippery.

only zotac. first 2 years deal with the seller. 3 years extra will need mail back to zotac, under your name. if you buy palit, just go to amoda in imbi and drop the card together with receipt and invoice. simple. 3 years warranty.

Are you sure it is a SV ? Or it is a refund in form of voucher 😮
If the broken item can be use, then it is ok, maybe can be call as SV. If cannot use, then you received your RM 35 back in form of voucher (assuming there is no further action in refunding process from their side).
