dropped it off at poslaju to return it. it came via poslaju.
ask custormer service if i can get a voucher.
nope. no. nein.
called distributor if i can get a 1:1 exchange, they said yes. should have done this in the first place, but sorry voucher clouded my judgement.
called pos malaysia to return to sender.
it's a long weekend, still at the sorting center.

In my experience with 2 different banks.. Option 2 is typically cheaper.. No matter how, PP sure add their additional commission on top of bank/card's conversion. Just that, Option 1 tells you how much in RM upfront, but Option 2 doesn't tell.. Only find out later when amount is charged from your card and posted to transactions.

but single fan. warranty is 2+3 years. non transferable because you need to register your name. you still have to deal with it if you decide to sell later.
