I went to the showroom last Sunday. The Tower 2 are selling fast with all but few 807sq ft, 1,209sq ft and penthouse all taken. A lot of 1,009sq ft left though. Booked one of last few 1209sq ft. 646K in total after all rebates, discount and free MOT. Original price RM841,000.

Comparatively to Berjaya Land The Tropika, it was way overpriced and it is selling slowly, even for Tower A which has been in market for some time. Their maintenance fee come close to RM600 a month!

The sales personnel informed me they will hack all the doors and rebuild them to accommodate wheelchair and also hacked the living room and master bedroom windows to make them taller cause customers complained currently ones are too low and can't see too much of outside. 0.0

But want to clarify, the location is not really at bukit jalil... I see is more toward kinrara side ady... Anyone can provide input? Thanks.

Yes, this is not bukit jalil even though the agent show you bla bla bla address is bk jalil.
No one will recognise here as bk jalil.

Yeah, this is Kinrara already lah, and ppl call this area pinggiran bukit jalil for this reason

but then, the price has been adjusted right, BJ where can get 530psf ?

Bintang address is this, definitely not bukit jalil
Address: Jalan Impian Indah, Taman Impian Indah, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Bk jalil postcode is 57000. Those Z resi, The Rainz, Kiara, address also indicates Bukit Jalil, but their postcode are not bukit jalil
