i am using 1 layer at 98% IRR, some toll will give issue

I got my car in April, I did not notice any knocking sound from my suspension. So I guess they’ve fix it in newer batch. The only thing is I do hear a very subtle rattling sound suspect from the passenger air cond vent. Just that its not consistent, sometimes can hear sometimes not. Very subtle but still annoying when it happens 😡

Is the rattling noise come from the center aircond vent there?
Once you place the hand on top and noise gone?
