using 1mb here for my ps4 and pc. as for nat can get type 1 if directly connect to modem via PPoE. as nat type 3 usually it was TM fault bcoz assigned a private IP for user. call them and ask them to switch to public IP and prob solve.

it's complicated to set for PPoE bcoz u need to change ur modem function to bridge mode. so when setting the internet connection on ps4 select custom and select PPoE. there u need to key in ur streamyx user (user@streamyx) with streamyx password. but ur other device will not able to use internet (if they use same wifi/cable connection) bcoz streamyx 1 mb is only for 1 user.

just spam email them ask for public IP bcoz using remote cctv at home. with private IP u cannot view cctv at home using remote view from outside.

just google 'what is my ip' and you'll get it. if ur streamyx IP start with 10.xxx.xxx.xxx most likely it was private IP so any connection from ur streamyx are nat type 3. been there before. got changed to public after i emailed TM ask them to change back to public from private after I can't connect to any multiplayer games on ps4.

Untunglah you guys at least got 4MB and above. Me still stuck with 1MB Screamyx.

I'm using direct bridge mode from modem to pc/ps4. Need to sign in via PPoE username & password on both pc/ps4. My nat type on ps4 is type 1. So far almost 15 years on 1MB the ping is bearable bcoz on BFV ps4 <50ms and <60ms on BO4 pc.
