I was in this situation before. My previous supervisor did not value and respect me as an employee. One day he disrespect me infront of his gossip gang, after that i decided to take the strength to resign without any offer.. i dont care about the bonus that i will get if i stay 4-5months more. I'm really pissed off with the supervisor..

After serving notice, i've been unemployed for 3 months, before i got a job offer in Singapore. FYI my jobscope is more on technical (engineering). I was not entitle for relocation bonus due to my unemployment status during application, but as long as i'm able to earn money it should be fine. Now happily working here

I still remember i lied to friends and family when met them, just saying i still working coz dun want to get into trouble answering their questions. It is undescribeable.. just remember that everything happens for a reason. There could be a better life out there, just that dont give up and keep looking for opportunities.

Of course i don't let them know , but i did tell few of my close ex-colleagues where i am now. Dunno they got tell the gossip group or not. Actually in that department i've made a lot of friends, the job did made me grow and knowledgable, the manager also good but the worst part is the gossip gangs consist of the team leaders, and also key contacts for analysis that we need to pass to them to continue. They're so pandai to reject other non-gossip gang requests, until our work cannot jalan.. They're just waiting for time to humiliate people.

You can hear them talking in the office about something but when somebody open door, suddenly all quiet. Hope i don't offend anyone but I think the problem is because they are single and no couple. All still childish. Hope for the best for my colleagues that are still there.

Before i tender, i got told the manager about the office situation but didnt expose any name. Then he did some changes in department but it happens that the gossip team leaders knew that it was me that causes the changes in dept, then he scold me for nothing and talk back. At that time i don't think this dept gonna get along with me so rather than report back to manager/hr i just take the move to leave. The manager sure will keep them too coz they are key contacts/team leaders. Actually there's one person kena same like me before, he also resign and now in Singapore. The dept lose a lot of quality employee coz of gossipers.
