you can try different field like in Marketing. Company now day one some one that can increase their sales. Marketing line is always available. Just widen your scope.

Sales and marketing is not and easy job to do nor does everyone have the correct personality to do well in it. However, dont give up, sales and marketing is a very good foundation to start from (or restart from, in your case) . How are your language skills? What field were you previously in? Maybe need to polish more on pitching & communication skills.
Are you on the linkIn network? Many headhunters there. I was hunted for a 9k/mth marketing job by a listed mnc just last week, but i turned them down.
