Actually what's HR looking from a candidate?
Is it a red alert if the candidate has any of this criteria in their resume or employment history?
i.  Long unemployment gap in between jobs?
ii.  Job hoping i.e work less than a year or two?
iii. Working in one company for too long i.e > 5 years without much skillsets learned?

Can't think of anything else but certainly there are other criterias that I think will push the red alert button for HR.
