I know the reason for this, few reason as below:-

1. When u reach entrance which is indoor, GPS will haywire and fly away, Grab cap the radius at very low (around 50m-80m)
2. The pin location is inside the building, and the distance to your location is about 100m away (further than grab allowable radius)

GPS definitely cannot lock in accurate location when it is block, even i enter Trigon @ setiawalk, the GPS fly here and there once i enter the lobby road access (covered by building).

I email them about this issue and i don't think they will treat it seriously, currently they using google map location where inside location also able to pull out. Heck even i reach the exact house no. also cannot detect, definitely something wrong with their map recently.

TBH when crap improve something, definitely another old issue will pop out. But i notice they go and copy Uber car logo in their apps. I suspect they already got Uber consent. But don't expect Ah Beng company improve until Uber standard

Zoom in the driver apps and see the exact location, if reach nearby there still cannot detect, send email hantam crap.

I kena few times for KL sentral, all this issue happen because rider use old version of apps and there is funny geo-tag location and yet crap open radius 50m only.

then crapcar can happily ban more drivers in the following weeks...with valid reasons. haha

Key in the toll RM2.50, but collect the fare accordingly (without toll)

Press sad face > Rider did not pay in full. Ask Grab to pay back the difference of toll. This step need to follow up with them and they will credit back. Remember write the full story and let crap understand their rider.

if you coming from pavilion direction towards tun razak, to avoid the jam turn into the road going into price court and cut across the hospital lobby into jalan conlay then right to tun razak. that will save you a lot of congestion time. not many drivers aware of this.

Mostly MP slot start with short-short-long trip, then next hour is kinda depends on area demand, if lucky can get short-short trip.

Fare collection RM64 for 2 hrs drive, minus commission RM12.80, incentive net reimburse RM12, crap earn additional RM0.80 from me
