Economic 101: Price increases only if high demand low supply.

The heatmap shows the demand only but not supply. So if the demand is high but supply is high too then no higher fare. However if the demand is low (green heatmap) but the supply is even lower then the price will go up.

I see. so around those hours got customer one eh? Im from mainland. I usually dont go island unless got a customer request and drop off point is around there. Usually ive done around 2-6pm and gotten like rm100 profit.

Been deciding on staying over at island since i have a friend over there. After allgrab requests at island is much more frequent as oppose to mainland. Easier to maximize on the incentive as you explained.

Can any HG driver in any regions do average 30 trips in 10 hours with an average fare of RM5 or lesser per trips?

Since I have no experience from driving but I did asked some tips from the previous trips chatting with other drivers , but since it's at penang I think the strategy here is different than penang.

Should I aim for long or short trips ? because in penang , usually they aim for short trips to hit the incentive. But I have no idea for KL 

No fix fare to and from airport...and it doesn't make any sense to queue in airport...those queuing in airport are targeting high fare to SP or Kulim...

Driving in Penang island seems to me like driving in Singapore, PLUS the horrible traffic jam and MINUS the excellent public transport.

I did grab yesterday and picked up this group of bangladesh from Murni Seksyen 7 to Mydin Subang (RM21). But when they got in my car they said the address is wrong and they want to go to another place so they showed me the address. I didn't ask them to cancel the trip bcs I thought the price will still be more or less the same so I went there. And when I almost reached the destination, they said it is not this place and they want to go to another place which is Segi Freshmart. When I reached there, I just charged them another RM4 from the original price. Then after I dropped them, I check the grab rider app from murni to the address and to segi, the price is RM58. Sigh! I know I'm stupid but how do I deal with these kind of people.

Will I get caught if I go to the pickup place and pickup and ask customer to cancel trip then I go offline app.... clean rm82 in my pocket no commission deducted   

Yesterday I did this a lot to Bangla customer....all rich guys.... rm25-30 average per trip....
