Hear say from a Rider just now where he quit Grab Driver after the tragedy.

His story was a Rider offering illegal 4D Service where the Driver joking to report Police. The Rider left RM400 in the car & escape away at the traffic lights before the DoP worrying of landing in Police Station.

The Rider lodge Complain & Grab lodge Police Report based on Criminal Allegation where the Driver was detained for days in Police Station on top of legal lawsuit by Grab.

He kept stressing to install a dual-camcorder for evidence recording, Not the Dash-Cam that can only be viewed by Grab, just in case the benifutauries might destroy the evidence 🧐

I’m 6-Month old in GrabDriver where all item 1~3 were example of warning SMS from Grab.

For passed 10days alone, my DR dropped from 4.96 to 4.77 now even though I didn’t drive for 5days in a row.

I lost my Platinum, GrabCar+ status & received soft-warning. My SOP is slide-off after pickup & turn-on before drop off to minimum b2b delay. I suspected Grab made some changes.

The 1st warning I had on Excessive Cancellation when my record showed 100%AR with 0%CR where easier to defense comparing to DR that solely relying on Grab’s Integrity 🤔

DiDi announced development of AutoPilot Artificial-Intelligence to attract Investors’ Funds. The direction is clear that Driver to be replaced by AI & that possibility is much higher with the onset of Quantum Computing soon.

Non-stop driving from 6~10am, only managed 2 Ride/hour @ RM6.50/Ride. Crazy traffic in KV this morning where my cancellation rate @ 3 PaX/hour where all pickup between 15~20min distance 😡

Since 2018, I lost my Platinum Status, warning of Overcharged based on Passenger Allegation, warning of DR below par, record high of cancellation (PaX + DaX) led to traffic + System issue 😡

Today 2 Princes kept complaining I drove too fast & dangerously at SKVE even though Trucks & Lorries kept Tail Gating & intended to overtake me due to my relatively slow speed. They were further angry when Security not allowing Drive in to DoP in the Apartment. I’m expecting further reduction of my DR 🤬

Back to reality, we are basically uncontrollable of all the above where luck should not be the only factor. We need to seek for rooms of improvement as long as we stay on Driver Role 🧐

Rocket high of 40% Cancellation today without a single b2b, followed by extraordinary traffic in KV, the Peak was 55% by 10am. Expecting Love letter soon 🤭
1. One South 600m Distance at 7:15pm took me 15min. Rider patiently waited till my arrival but asking me to wait for his take away food. My turn to payback but DaX after 12min Waiting & no sign of food to be ready soon. Half an hour gone 🙄
2. “My GPS says 4min why you need 18min?” Luckily PaX otherwise Waze kept deferring from 18min.

I notice that as well lately. It is good provided the current rider’s DoP is accurate of which, Not many riders dropping right at DoP.

Is not uncommon, please wait till $ in or Partner Statement then take next Course of action.

Grab would reconcile prior to money release & mostly rectified by then.

Interesting topic as Grab could use it as trump card to take disciplinary action.

This morning a rider said this is 5th time he took my car 🤯?

Afternoon dropped a rider at Subang & I had couple of trips before I pickup the same rider again. She was surprised of Grab Rule & prepared to Testify if needed as that was fully random or System purposely picking on Driver when assigning booking!

At times, the Natural Force is strong that call YuanFen 緣份, just like lover.
My record was the same rider 3 times in 2 days from different times & places 😂

My record was 3x KLIA from same rider in a row even I run some 7km away. No bullet & wasted online hour to run off. No choice & took up 😅

DR started moving 3days, zigzagging from 4.77 to 4.87 now. I strongly suspected that Grab manipulates for award reduction or system error.

That is norm for Grab to maximize benefits (minimize incentive)
