is it true that there's  a probation period of 14 days for newly registered grab driver? my friend told me that once grab approved you as driver, you'll need to complete at least 30 rides in 14 days.

Yesterday I didn't go into kl at all but still get ikan jerung and up surge fares in PJ and bu area. Okr is hell on Friday. One straight road and people double parking and cutting in and out

Hi to all. I just signed up with grab. I got a problem when  sign in with device in the app. I noticed that the EMEI number is wrong. How do i rectify this? I check my android phone setting to check the number. Turned out there's two sets of EMEI number. Maybe because my J7 got two sim card slots.

Perhaps i put the unused emei no during the online registration. I already got the text from grab saying account activated.
Pls help me sifus and fellow drivers.

Problem with Uber back-to-back algorithm. Sometimes, as soon as I start a trip, another ping comes in. And I am more than 10 min from dropping off current rider. Another 10 min to reach the next rider, so total waiting time 20 minutes.

Normally I only accept the next request when I am 5 minutes to dropping off current rider. But I guess other drivers don't do that...

I heard in France Uber's commission is 10% only.

If reasonable fare + low commission then don't need incentives la.

Just saw this year end incentive on December 31st.
