As for AR, how does it count?
Let say today reset first job I cancel then become 0% ar, seoncd ping I take then AR raise to 50%?

Sorry for wrong info , dint know jb reset weekly and 85% .

I am kv .

Ignore and cancel

Make sure more or equal to 85 % at end of week

If 100 trip you can ignore 15trip

Every 7 trip you can ignore 1 trip Or every 20trip you can ignore 3 trip.

When reset it become 0%

If accepted a ping = 100%
Then ignore 1 = 50%

If you dint drive for that week , it was ok for it to be 0% won't be ban
But if you got drive/ignore then must above 30%

Sorry for confuse you , but your area JB reset on weekly basis

So if your ar was high for last few day , you can ignore more on weekend etc.

I think it was out of 7 ping , you can ignore one

6 complete 1 ignore = 7ping
12complete 2ignore = 14ping
17complete 3 ignore = 20ping

Does rating reset too?

Today all my passengers also pay by cash.
Not many ppl using cc i guess

Rating was calculated by last 100rate

For now , your rating was not stable because not yet 100rate

After 100 rate

Let say you get 128rate , rate will be average of 28-128(100) .

Hello sifus, I'm a uni student just starting to work as grab driver between my sem breaks and I'm operating in Melaka. Any sifus based in Melaka can give me tips on how to earn more or whatnot? Melaka HG blocks fking low incentives sia wtf

Ps: Car is Saga BLM... This car is such a fuel guzzler tho 😢

U cancel after 5 mins for customer no show

Either way will ensure his Account will be ban in future

Go to:-

Setting - Grab Driver - Notification - Show as banners (choose between temporary/persistent, personally I prefer persistent)

In theory, the next ping should bring you closer to your destination. If the drop off point is 100m nearer to your destination, technically that's headed in to your destination.

But in practice, you might drive a few km to go pick up, maybe even U-turn away from your destination, and then drive a few more km to drop off, but you end up only slightly closer to your destination.

If you are in hotspot areas like KL or PJ, you might end up going in circles for a long time. But so far, it only happened to me once. Normally it happens when you keep getting short trips like RM5 while using My Destination.


So, if you are in a hurry, don't use My Destination. Or, if you are near your destination already, and you don't want to waste time with another short trip, turn off My Destination.

Remember, My Destination trips are not counted for incentives, but they still affect your Acceptance Ratio.

Does any of these have any effect on riders? Or Grab still treat riders as king, no stern action on the actions that put drivers in difficulties and losses.

Yesterday I had a mapren for a trip from Zeva to AEON, then back to Zeva for rm8. stop 1 at AEON at KFC. Waited 3 minute already. By 4th minute I send message you exceeded 3 minutes already, no tick no response. waited till 8 minutes, I want to cancel but no option to cancel. (Upon arrival at AEON, I pressed Drop Off, so drop off 1st stop is recorded and not moving.) By then, it was about 10 minutes waiting, I press again DROP off and the trip ended technically., and I move out. Not getting fare payment. Not really affecting that rm4 on me. . Within seconds, I got the next ping and accepted. Then got a call, sure from the mapren.. saying where are you? I answered, I went off already, you have exceeded the 3 minutes stop limit and over by 10 minutes, he said aaa,, i hung up. after complete the next ride, give orange comment on the mapren trip, select abusive behavior and fare not received in full. Also explain that rider take very long stop and not responding to message.

Is it going to affect me aa?

Completion of a job without actually doing it is a serious offence. U r a dead meat if he files a complaint against u. It is your obligation to complete the job once u press pickup no matter how unpleasant is your job.

The correct way to deal with this situation is call cs to explain the situation and ask them to cancel the job. By doing so u avoid the risk of getting yourself suspended/banned and of course, 1star. However i doubt that cs allow u to cancel the job because u already collected half of the fare.

Like i once said, the 1st thing crapcar newbie should learn is how not to get themself banned.

I think grab should improve this multi stop here , normally multistop will more than 3min , yet we can't cancel and need to call cs. But if you know he going KFC sure more than 3min d.

Maybe cancel button should appear after 3min.
