A foreign guard which might be illegally employed without proper  work permit is authorized to authentic or verify MYkad? 

To the best of my knowledge. only guards in Polis Bantuan uniform outfit are authorized to verify MYkad and they are not to keep or seize the identity document. 

Once I was asked for my MYkad by SPK Sunway, which I demanded to see the OIC or the JMB . The OIC guard manager got cooked a blurred sotong which I quoted the law as stated above in the Home Minister circular. Told him outright, I demanded to see the authorized permits of the guards stationed there or I will tap my phone to the immigration office at Putrajaya to invite my immigration officers from enforcement for teh tarik treat at Desa Parkcity waterfront. . Sejarah Hari Ini - Sunway SPK only asked for Pandu Lesen since then. I did that because foreign guard was rude without knowing budi bahasa. You should have see the guard face when I was conversing with the OIC security manager which I wanted to see the valid  permit issued by the immigration dept. The guard was surprised when all of the sudden the Chinaman Apek can speak in bilingual in Bahasa  and English in the rules of engagement of unlawful conduct by unauthorized guard.

This is where you are misconceived. It is the drivers who are paying Crap Salary. It is a mutual agreement between the rider and Driver. Lets be clear, this is how it is:

Rider -> Grab -> Driver // Grab acts only as a facilitator in the middle to match driver and riders. Truth be told, rider NEEDS a private hire which they pay to driver for their service. Then because Driver uses the app to find riders, they pay 20-25% commission to Grab as a token for using their services.

As such, Grab shouldn't be imposing so much rubbish rules as with all other apps, DRIVERS are their customers and RIDERS are ours.

Remember, you are not a slave to Grab, you always have a choice (not yet for now). Grab needs you more than they need riders. Riders are always going to be there, since Taxis are much hated now, even foreigners and tourist uses Grab or E-hailing now a days. Riders will always be choosing between the apps, so its up to the apps to make it more lucrative for us to use them. Think of them as a gaming app or a shopping app from your perspective, are you a slave to the game? At the end of the day, when your tired and bored you just hop onto another app and try again. Grasp this concept and you will feel better driving, and more confident in complaining about what Grab does to you ahha.

For surge , government already said max at 2x but didn't implement yet.
For KL short trip that driver ignore , why don't grab compensate driver? Rm5 for 20-30min? Or increase min. fare at KL only.
Now driver need AA , after off AA want filter cannot also , then cont reduce incentive block , flexi and hg also cannot.
Then just accept all trip? Why don't you pay us a fix salary and we accept all trip?

This was a business , after all if customer don't pay for this service it won't work.

Maybe driver over value them self and should reduce driver profit.

Maybe add another feature to system for jam surge not demand surge. ( rm5 for a 15min complete trip still a no though )

Public transport is good there, i find the train map is like a maze but it is connecting almost every part of the tokyo city.

Driving is a pain in arse there, parking is very hard to find and parking charges is high, with the high amount of traffic light there, u waste more time on driving. Taxi there is very easily to get, they won't show u face if u go to short trip.

Taxi rate there starting price 400 Yen for first KM, subsequent KM by 250 Yen (estimate), timing charges i'm not sure. 2-3km ride would cost u about 1-1.5k Yen (RM50). Taxi to Narita airport would cost u a bomb, almost 20k Yen (RM740+)

If u take public transport, 2-3km would cost u about 170-200 Yen, it is far more cheaper than taxi for sure.
