No wonder sometimes i get cancellation halfway or upon arrival, call didn't pick up, message also didn't reply. Last week i encounter a few foreign workers wave at me doing offline job, they couldn't book any ride for half an hour, ask them fly kite because scare of police.

And now they are screwing riders with their amazing matching algorithm. On saturday i cancelled one rider without answering call or msg, cancelled after 5mins, show up moment later, tell him i cancelled your job. Accepted another job at same place and waiting, the rider on the previous ride got another car within few min. I doubt Grab treat cancellation in a serious manner, the re-education is crap policy or throwing into low priority is nonsense. I seriously ask crap to impose cancellation fee, be it RM2 or RM3, to teach all this bastard a good lesson.

And their cancellation within small radius also a big joke, reached hotel lobby also cannot cancelled rider no show, have to go to the exact location which is at back alley only can cancel.

Grab say if do so it will make the riders inconvenience and don't want to ride Grab which will results in much lesser demand for Grab

Recently, i got robbed at Taming Jaya, Balakong, I lost my grab phone, my wallet and my car was taken.
It happened in Monday, 25 June 2018.

My car is a HONDA CITY 2015, White. Car plate Number WC7828H.

yes, exactly wat i'm thinking. I have been doing flexi 1 month ago,only hit 1 time 13trips cashback.the rest after deduct petrol and commission,left ikan bilis only.

Did you guys keep encounter passengers no show or cancel when you almost reach pick up point? Yesterday really hit my boiling limit. 3 no show, 4 cancelled when almost reach PUP. I have report all of them under passengers didn't pay. Don't care anymore, I will keep report all this fake booking. Received email from grab CS not sure if they really will take action against them.

So basically, Grab got back to me, the head of operations called me, and I went to met them at the office. You guys know what.. they say in the system shows my name and details correct, but email wrong. So they actually got try to reach out to me, but I cant be reached...

I was told that in the previous case that those car personal cars (but under grab commercial use), insurance will honor the claim. But which he din guarantee also la..

In short, no compensation for any loss for my incident, was offered a car rental program to continue driving for them with some terms (some other details, cannot disclose).

And yea... dunno what i can do for now.
