I doubt Grab treat cancellation in a serious manner, the re-education is crap policy or throwing into low priority is nonsense. I seriously ask crap to impose cancellation fee, be it RM2 or RM3, to teach all this bastard a good lesson. And their cancellation within small radius also a big joke, reached hotel lobby also cannot cancelled rider no show, have to go to the exact location which is at back alley only can cancel. |

I'm thinking of doing an experiment with my other phone to see how GRAB reacts.
Book and cancel straight away 10 times in a day for day 1 to 7 Book and cancel right before driver arrive 10 times a day for day 8 to 14 Book and forget about phone 10 times a day for day 15 to 21 then post results/updates what grab do to my account every few days This post has been edited by Fanvil1534: Jun 26 2018, 09:28 PM |

Those using own car can consider investing in a GPS in your car for safety. Costs rm450 to 500 and top up around rm50 to 100 a year only.
Those who rent to do grab, I'm very sure that their cars are fitted with GPS and can be traced by the police very quickly. |

Tough to claim insurance but you can try to damage grab's image for the good for all drivers and passengers so grab do something. Share updates as well on exactly what the communications are and expose how grab do their job. Share it here, we will help viral it as well to corner grab to do something. I've been wondering how come the demand on Monday is higher compared to tuesdays to thursdays? Even the HG incentives reflect this.
Anyone know why is this? |
