Anyone can confirm this? I have experienced once like Monday-Thursday i have cancelled many trips due to no show and then Friday the option "passenger no show" not appear at all even though after 5 minutes waiting. Only those "cancellation will affect rate"

Being gaming by crap. Didn't getting any ping during UP & MP block. 3 days already. Why not just straight inform me so I can going home no need wasting my time.

No problem get ping during B block but confirm will kill off my incentive even is rm5-rm6 😂 Then will start quiet during UP, MP block.

Got other terms & conditions like minimum AR 50%, CR 10%. All i can say the rental is somehow cheaper a bit than outside market.

I went out just now before it started to rain. Raining like anjing sama kuching. Just as I began to turn off app, a request came for Rm5. Never mind as it is in my home area, I drove to the Mamak shop and the guys asked me to drive further. I drove further which is just a shoplot but then later he asked me to gostan a shoplot before which is 1 way. By the way, it is just two guys in shorts instead of young or old ladies in distress.  

No way, since I waited 5 minutes for him to pray the rain to stop pouring, I canceled. 

Anyway, I believe it gonna to banjir in many places as the water overflow even from my neighbourhood at DPC. Even I am driving around with Exora NGV, squeaking  breaking sound and many lights flashed when it passed puddle of water. So I balik rumah to tap on Lowyat to stay dry instead of getting a wet  trip to Low Yat.

I) passagers lost item in the car: driver account will get suspended if no returned and inform grab office within certain time.  Even the passagers already contact driver and have made arrangements to return goods soon

In the event of an accident and the passenger e.g sues us but we are ferrying them under grab how are we protected from 3rd party liability?

For our car insurance.. Doesn't it specifically mention that we are only allowed to use it in a private capacity and not as a business? So in this case how are we protected?
