Just called grab CS to clarify.This scheme is for selected flexi driver only.Existing HG scheme wont be affected,for now

Today I became a Grab rider.
During the trip, I explored the feature of changing destination, but couldn't locate where the setting was 🤔

Do take note that the cancellation rate in Klang Valley has been calculated in daily basis.
Is it true ?

Fetched a lorry driver just now....he told me he can get around rm3500 - 3800 a month including OT and outstation allowance.work 10-12 hours a day,4 off days a month.Got EPF & Socso,no need to worry about car maintenance,

Conclusion :- If Grab nett income less than rm3500 with the same hours above,might as well go take GDL license todrive lorry.No CR,AA,driver ratings,AR,time lockout, etc etc

Just now i just did a ride in peak hours, 6pm. Everywhere jam, and the AA feature accept a job RM5 in KL area. Takes 10 mins jammed to pick up the passenger. Another 10 minutes jammed to destination. 20 minutes gone just for the RM5 fare? and then minus commission 20% and petrol 20% left RM2.50.

so if one hour 3 jobs mean RM7.50. WTH is that? And its raining some-more. Who the hell set the price like that? Even the Bangla said only RM5?? WT*F

Who else got RM5 job during peak hours?   

Ya you are right, come to think of it i forgot still got incentives. 

After 7pm i went back home and relax, i switch off AA and travel from PJ until Subang, not even 1 job enter, no point ask me jam through Federal Highway and enter KL

Those who do this for full time better becareful, now low fare, ping low and lesser incentive.

I regret taking this trip.it took 1 hour 45 minutes to reach saujana putra due to jam in KLCC area.no trip there until i have to drive to USJ to get trip

Wasted 3 incentive blocks (MP,UP,UP) for this trip....sien.

U see this kind of idiot policy implement by crap, no-show cancellation without affecting CR also got quota.

Guys, if I want to apply to become grab driver, how long does it take for the whole process to complete ?

I mean if I were to send and submit all my information to grab office at Jaya one, approximately I need to wait how long to become a eligible driver ?

For those who are moonlighting for extra income, how to drive with the car with Grab sticker to thier office? 

Kena few times and my record are quite well. Especially morning...Need think twice to trust the app.

Around 12, I add rm5 as tips also no one layan I use mycar, only rm10 , the time around I book around 1030. If weekdays morning, need to take risk. Sometimes got sometimes no.

Last Friday night received a job inside a puchong kampung area, near koi prima. That road mostly occupied by self build  kilang buruk type, some lot even empty like swamp land. Only can see 1 car passby after awhile, didn't see any people at all, not much street light either, most area have dark spot. I immediately become very caution and lock the door, thought want to cancel the job, but i hold on and see 1st. Then i saw 5 bangla male stand outside near the pick up point, roll down window and 1 bangla said 5 person, i immediate relief and said cannot, only 4 person. He said pay extra and just nearby mosque only. I give same answer no and drove away, cancel under too many passenger. I thought hell no i gonna take extra few bucks to accept this job. I don't blame them cause is very hard to get a 6 seater in that area with that low fare. Is not i am discriminate them, is just i don't want take any risk, i ferry a lot bangla before but not in that situation.

How many percentage of cr till we get suspended. Me recently get sms from grab saying that my cancelation rate this week is high. My cr is only 3.8% and ar is 100%

Haha, got suspended Nov 7 for no apparent reason. DR always 4.95 +-0.02 and CR 8 +-2. was already prepared for this but biggest regret was not to cash out immediately when the SMS came in around 8+pm. Thought there was sufficient time to go back, relax then only cash out BUT too late can't log in already by 10pm.

This action only confirm my suspicion that this crappy company is all out to eliminate drivers that DON'T MAKE MONEY for them cos of the HG scheme. Having migrated from Uber since April, have been regularly facing road blocks in cashing out with delays up to 2 days without even an explanation nor apology. Anyone else experienced this pattern?

Anyway, my plan is to make a claim thru the small claims court if they don't credit any balance + incentives to my bank account within 7 days and I welcome anyone else to do the same.
