My style is greet them when on board, and check the route with toll or not, if bypass toll, inform them in advance. So far mostly will agree to by pass toll except those mapren... (so dont ask mapren to use toll or not.. Use toll if the duration is faster more than 5mins)

Later ask is the aircond ok or not after 1mins.. Then just keep quiet.. If they want to talk then only talk to the topic they started.. Thats all..

If ur rated number is less than 100.. Then better ask for 5 stars.. Once over 100 rating and rating high, dont ask.. As some of the rider really wont give 5stars..

Coz found out those who willing to rate, will rate for 5 stars.. Those rider who need ask to rate, see ur luck..

honestly i didnt know can wear shorts.  I've seen youtube videos of uber drivers in USA wearing shorts but didnt know its acceptable here also.

the riders need to know its not drivers fault that uber send us request while we're still 10-15 mins away from completing a ride. if request keeps coming in and we don't accept then acceptance rate drop and will put us offline.

one time this lady send me long msg while i was completing a ride asking stuff like "i can see you are still completing a ride, if its taking too long can u cancel & i request another ride becos i'm running late" i was like, she really expect me to reply her msg WHILE i was driving another rider? in my mind, fukc u la...

Last sunday i cancelled one request because it was too congested had to take 20 mins to pickup . Today morning received sms saying i purposely cancelled and do outside booking.

WTF is this, framing people for no reason and forfeited my Sunday incentive.

luckily i only do one day last week. So guys, be careful don't simply cancel bookings.

Got a parcel from grab today, but just a phone holder.

There are really some bad apples driver...I think is good that grab kick out those bad apples... was waiting for this driver at NU sentral at 2.30pm. Waited almost half and hour but driver did not move from current location. And Call him but no answer. Similar modus operandi like uber driver but without canx charges. Maybe want to force me to cancel to build his AR and CR. Unfortunately, I have reported him and email CS with screenshot of 10, 20,30 minutes of his location.

Since long time i be silent reader here.
Yesterday is my last day of being crap after get suspended over high cancellation due to being fooled by system and CS. Everything started from past 1st weeks where i keep getting far pick up (>4km) during peak and non peak. 2nd week experienced ping come 1.7km but then when accept and see waze, its 8km. Ok fine frustrated already and called CS. WTF Cs told me that time system got technical issue, keep assign far pick up location to driver, tech team is solving the issue. Ask me to cancel if its really too far. OK CANCEL. Then...SURPRISE, get suspended love sms. =.=

The moral of story, system and crap is fooling us, or maybe Management and Operation are not linked. The Mgmt duno what happen about operation and drivers, thats why come up with teh tarik session to verify what is OPERATION really doing.

Cut it short, sharing my experiences of 1 years + part time below;   

1) Uncertain petrol price, not worth if keep getting far pickup even in HG (max 2 trip/hr)
2) More service & maintenance and tyres replacement cost due to frequent drive.
3) Stress on meeting the HG
4) Tried flexi before and it is not worth for partimer, always ended up high fuel consumption.
5) Stress of meeting fking riders with wrong pick up and drop off location.
6) Stress of forcing yourself to be like KULI when crapping in order to maintain DR.
7) Facing possibility of getting rompak, accident and punches which Crap wont care.
8) Not good for health if drive long hour, plus to meet HG and max trips, I rarely drink or eat to avoid frequently go for toilet.(not sure others are same like me)

The worst part that I can think of is... your private car will have high mileage and by the end of day when you wan sell of your car, you need to top up money back using your crap profit, in which i think at the end i making loss more than profit. (Unless you rent a car or you didnt plan to sell of your car)   

This is based on my experiences, no offence to others. Maybe you all have better luck than me and have cheaper cost incurred.   

Also not sure whether i will go for the class to get back my crap account. But sure for now, I stop and rest or maybe look for other part time job and spend time more with family.
