KL traffic lights are really not optimized.
Yesterday went to pick up a rider in KL city center. Was stuck at the Jalan Raja Chulan-Jalan Sultan Ismail junction for more than 10 minutes. The traffic light remained red for like more than 3 minutes before turning green
Needless to say, Grab's estimation was off. No TBB for that trip...
kena pickup GS on KL gateway, i was on the opposite road, need do u turn. Waze show pickup time 15 minutes. Surprisingly the fare is freaking RM 7 and not even TBB. Straight cancel then kena 1 more GS RM 10 at the same location, also no TBB and pickup time 17 minutes. WTH crap. good thing rider cancel and i got cancellation fee

. Later kena 1 more GS RM 22 for 20km at UM. again rider cancel. later sure kena love letter again said GS cancellation is high like before. btw GS got TBB or not? i forgot ler. only know about cashback one.

If you're driving a manual transmission Axia and you can only save RM21 out of RM200 earned, then you are the problem.
I mean, I'm driving a bloody AT 1.6 Exora and RM200 usually roughly translates to at least RM70 nett saving. Although I was on the HG scheme before, it's very rare for me to collect more than RM15 worth of incentives everyday, except on weekends, thanks to Grab's brilliant algo.
ya lor. My rule of thumb is nett = 50% gross on the bad day. I always assumed everyday is a bad day

So since HG no more, everyday is a bad day haha.
