If ur area not selayang / gombak i think no problem getting 1 driver, just book earlier, safer.

If offine deal = safer lor, confirm got ppl picking u up. just call them 1 hour earlier if no pick up, u still can book via apps

traveled 380km ... higher due airport trip. but its nice, only wait 20min in LS

Actually a few problem I got here during raya

1. Klia2 job received at Jalan Banting area , 10min reached arrival , passenger said very hard get driver , a lot people waiting there , but the job was direct back to port klang ( for whoever grab staff that assign that job for me , thanks you very much )

2. Fake booking / play booking , but grab already send me message say will take action
( out of 100booking only 2-3 , not a problem at all especially with current no show )

3. Passenger request return trip like a boss after reach drop off
( to be honest here , some were their friend who can't get grab after long time thus request driver to send them )
- recommend implement return trip function , or note your customer about multi stop , a lot of them don't know .

4. Green face , red face , once we wrongly click green face can't change , actually for some ride I want to complaint , then look back history , forgetton then click green face ( I thought was b2b job that dint give green face) , then wrongly click and can't change .

5. During raya , some Indon male with full smoke smell go into my car , then what you expect I give to the next next next next next next next customer? I open full window , also still got smell , any fabric will just keep the smell on include my t shirt .
( one indon male throw away his smoke , then go in car , then go pickup the smoke while the smoke has not completely gone , then there's goes the smoke in my car , for whole day  ranting.gif )
( other type were dirty shoes , mud etc full foot print on my carpet )
( make a note to rider say please take care of driver car cleanliness )
( I think there were no selection of cleanliness on the complaint , maybe I am wrong , I do know got others )

6. Certain passenger has no legal document to be in Malaysia , such as some Indon( construction side) and black .
I hate most were black , sorry to say that but they were rather dangerous and make trouble like go here go there wait me etc etc. yet they never give tips < this was important .
( the black I fetch see an police car on highway , bro don't turn , go straight , did the police follow , ok turn here , did the police follow? His head hide at seat already , I just want to earn some money , don't want to involve in any big business deal . ) fear like shit man  shocking.gif

7. Rider apps , when click current location , the location setting dint really change , just the pin moved, so please teach customer to pin correctly , such as zoom in etc ( implement driver navigation sync , or more advance give them location of driver and when they click navigate , they can know how long more driver will take to reach them.)

Last please don't ban us when we do small thing like this not to cheat you but help passenger get to the right location they want. Ohh an idea pops up was after we reach drop off point , if change drop off , extra lengthen the route and auto calculate lolssss

u should have a look outside limkokwing, atleast 50 grab drivers waiting for ping

mycar is only spare tyre, when fare is too high in grab or they cant book via grab

Grab in dilemma too actually

If Grab too strict on passenger, passenger run to other e hailing.

Maybe put dash cam will prevent this kind of thing abit.

Everytime (nite) i feel suspicious, i just pretend adjusting dash cam, letting passenger know i got dash cam dry.gif

I did an illegal u turn to avoid the congested roads we were heading.

I wish I had just kicked him out of the car and canceled the ride. I think he made drive dangerously. I was trying so hard to stay calm throughout the ride.

From my many past experience, at most we only needed to take 45 - 50 minutes to reach airport despite the heaviest jam.

Then I started to notice this fella was not using GPS & he was not taking the usual route indicated by waze. The route he took was slower. So I just asked lar "hi bro, very jammed huh? not using waze ker? human waze huh?" joking a bit lar. He said yeah yeah. So I just diam only lar afterwards since he acted like he knew the way.

Afterwards he tried to cut queue and kena horn kau kau by other car & some more a traffic police standing right in front. So he was forced to take a detour & abandoned the queue cut. Then he told me "see this road no jam", I just yeah yeah only. Then he brought me further into a less traveled road, but I still cool & diam only.

Suddenly, he told me took the wrong turn & needed to make a U turn. I was still cool & just commented "why not you use Waze instead"? Mana tau suddenly out of nowhere he got mad at me & shouted at me, asking me to stop talking. I just asked him a question & gave him a suggestion. What got into him at that time I don't know. But I still kept my cool, asked him why you shouting at me? He started blaming me for not booking the Grab earlier & if use waze will bring you back to jam lar blah blah blah.

These are totally irrelevant, I always book Grab from Prai to airport, all other drivers took the same route & sent me there on time. I do not want to use no- jam road if it lets me arrive slower. Our objective is to reach as fast as possible & waze always shows the fastest way. If waze shows that the way through the congestion is the fastest route, we have to take also lar. He doesn't use GPS, took the wrong turn & started blaming others. Afterwards he cooled down a bit & started driving frantically back to the main road instead of continuing with his previous so called "no- jam" route. He started driving aggressively, he overtook at a double line, rushed through a red light.

Finally I arrived at airport in one piece, taken 1 hour & 20 mins instead of the usual 45 mins. I barely caught my flight. He didn't say anything & never apologized, I just left him with a few words "good luck, bro", if you know what I meant. He got 1 star from me only & I made a service report.

I always revealed to other drivers that I am a part time driver also, and we always have pleasant conversations, I always give 5 stars. But these 2 drivers are a disgrace to our community & should be banned.

So bad experience lol, i usually take grab all drivers i met re nice, car clean too.

Only 1 bad experience is abit rude, i finished shopping hugging my 2 years old son to back seat.

Havent sit down the driver shout at me, woi ur son shoe dirty or not, later my cushion dirty.

In middle transit, keep mumbling i put wrong pup lar, hard to go in lar, he is not from here lar, not familiar with this area lar.

I just tell him: bro, if r not in mood better dont drive, i m a driver myself wont complain u becoz i know how tough is driver life. But other dont, they will complain. Take care bye.
