1st time i drove so many hours and it was so bloody tired. 8am to 11pm but rest 2 hours in the afternoon. Gross fare rm410 + incentive rm190 and total traveling distance 270km.

So my time kpi is rm46 per hour and distance kpi is rm2.2 per km. However i think the time kpi was quite underperform under such a festival season, right? I was actually expecting rm50 per hour.

Today go flexi better result than incentive

Do you guy accept jobs for Pin Location? The jobs were suck, inaccurate pick up point, never successful to pick up any! I got most of the Pin Location jobs are foreign workers, hard to communicate with them. Eventually, have to wait there for 5 minutes to cancel. Wasting time and fuel.

Also, many pick up points using waze are not accurate, bring driver to different road and place.

Calling to Grab CS, asked me to reinstall waze, suck!

Can implement navigation to rider apps same like driver?

So that they can know where they type in are correct or not and whether the driver are going the same route as directed by waze/google maps

If it already got ignore me then , just a ping here , won't affect your incentive haha

Actually a few problem I got here during raya

1. Klia2 job received at Jalan Banting area , 10min reached arrival , passenger said very hard get driver , a lot people waiting there , but the job was direct back to port klang ( for whoever grab staff that assign that job for me , thanks you very much )

2. Fake booking / play booking , but grab already send me message say will take action
( out of 100booking only 2-3 , not a problem at all especially with current no show )

3. Passenger request return trip like a boss after reach drop off
( to be honest here , some were their friend who can't get grab after long time thus request driver to send them )
- recommend implement return trip function , or note your customer about multi stop , a lot of them don't know .

4. Green face , red face , once we wrongly click green face can't change , actually for some ride I want to complaint , then look back history , forgetton then click green face ( I thought was b2b job that dint give green face) , then wrongly click and can't change .

5. During raya , some Indon male with full smoke smell go into my car , then what you expect I give to the next next next next next next next customer? I open full window , also still got smell , any fabric will just keep the smell on include my t shirt .
( one indon male throw away his smoke , then go in car , then go pickup the smoke while the smoke has not completely gone , then there's goes the smoke in my car , for whole day  )
( other type were dirty shoes , mud etc full foot print on my carpet )
( make a note to rider say please take care of driver car cleanliness )
( I think there were no selection of cleanliness on the complaint , maybe I am wrong , I do know got others )

6. Certain passenger has no legal document to be in Malaysia , such as some Indon( construction side) and black .
I hate most were black , sorry to say that but they were rather dangerous and make trouble like go here go there wait me etc etc. yet they never give tips < this was important .
( the black I fetch see an police car on highway , bro don't turn , go straight , did the police follow , ok turn here , did the police follow? His head hide at seat already , I just want to earn some money , don't want to involve in any big business deal . ) fear like shit man 

7. Rider apps , when click current location , the location setting dint really change , just the pin moved, so please teach customer to pin correctly , such as zoom in etc ( implement driver navigation sync , or more advance give them location of driver and when they click navigate , they can know how long more driver will take to reach them.)

Last please don't ban us when we do small thing like this not to cheat you but help passenger get to the right location they want. Ohh an idea pops up was after we reach drop off point , if change drop off , extra lengthen the route and auto calculate lolssss

My hourly guarantees incentive today (20/06/2018) for period 12:00pm-1:00pm and 1:00pm-2:00pm are having problem. The online hours is wrongly calculated. I online non stop during these 2 hours, but 12:00pm-1:00pm shows 27min and 1:00pm-2:00pm is 0min.

Anyone has the same problem?

that also if u managed to get a single ping at cyberjaya    that place is not its used to be already.....riders there migrated to MyCar, as chances to get request for MyCar is higher

Mycar is basically those ban Grab driver actually. Meaning that drivers will drive for Grab car unless he/she got ban and need to find another alternative.

Why no one ever talked about the death of grab driver today/yesterday? What are your thoughts?

I believe it is time for rider to register with valid ic no/passport for more effective and efficient way.

For the 3 days of Hari Raya, i wasted 1.5 - 2 hrs because of waiting rider and no show. Total 15 rides no show plus those have to wait within time limit, there goes my RM50-80 loss for waiting.

For the problem 1 & 2, confirm is Crap apps pin location issue, the tolerance set by them is confirm less than 30m or 50m, why i know that? because nu-sentral main entrance is pin at the road side (under monorail bridge) while i sohai wait at coffee bean entrance, end up want to cancel due to rider no show, have to circle one big round to reach the exact spot to cancel under "no show".

Crap always wanna impose strict cancellation regarding driver cancellation but failed to address the practicality issue, for eg times square and pavillion able to let u wait 5 mins? u can only wait for 1 min max and then u will be whistle away to clear the road. There is one time this middle eastern guy did not show up or pick up call, i just drove away until Seputeh and take a break, then rider cancel. 

For the problem 4&5, confirm is crap masking number problem.

Try to make a redface feedback only next time when your rider doesnt pay. If they pay u back then it proves that they actually read it and take real action. Personally i reported such a case twice using redface but i still received no reimbursement from crap.

I once purposely not to give any red/green face feedback for more than a month but i still can receive sms about a bullshit action taken against rider occasionally.

So all this feedback shit is just there to make 'partner' happy only. No one, not even a machine read your feedback routinely let alone take action on it.

Can we refuse to drive if we get bad riders?
Can we just drop them off somewhere and not complete the ride?

A few days ago I got a job that was more than 10 minutes away from my last destination. But along the way the rider kept calling me to ask me where i am, and then telling me to look for him in a kopitiam place near the pick up spot. When i arrive, he was not at the kopitiam then he called me to go to the original pick up location. I ended up not seeing where he was and passed by him (he was standing in between parked cars), he opened my car door and yelled at me for not stopping in front of him. He said he kept shouting for me, but what driver can hear someone outside the car and we dont get a picture of our riders or their gps location if the move away from the pick up point.

Along the way he kept complaining said i came late la he called me already why cannot find him la, he asked me to not follow my GPS map but did not give follow up direction after he just said go straight, i went straight on a crossroad and he blew up cuz i went the wrong way. I did an illegal u turn to avoid the congested roads we were heading.

I wish I had just kicked him out of the car and canceled the ride. I think he made drive dangerously. I was trying so hard to stay calm throughout the ride.

When I am not driving I take Grab as well, so I am both an experienced driver & rider myself. These 2 days I got assigned by my company to work in Penang, I don't drive there myself instead I take flight. So my only means of transportation in Penang is Grab.
However this is my first time having 2 bad encounters with drivers.

The first driver was an indian driver, when I first hopped on I greeted him. He didn't turn his head nor he greeted me. So I thought fine, you wanna keep to yourself, I buat diam jer also. So when dropped off, I said goodbye & thank you, he just turned his head and looked at me said nothing, face busuk like ikan masin like I owed him money. I think come on man, where's your courtesy, greeting also tak pandai ker? Ended up I gave him only 2 stars.

The 2nd driver was an indian driver also, I hopped on and did the usual thing & everything was normal. I was on my way from Prai to Penang airport. it's around 5 pm my flight was 6.40 pm. From my many past experience, at most we only needed to take 45 - 50 minutes to reach airport despite the heaviest jam.

Then I started to notice this fella was not using GPS & he was not taking the usual route indicated by waze. The route he took was slower. So I just asked lar "hi bro, very jammed huh? not using waze ker? human waze huh?" joking a bit lar. He said yeah yeah. So I just diam only lar afterwards since he acted like he knew the way.

Afterwards he tried to cut queue and kena horn kau kau by other car & some more a traffic police standing right in front. So he was forced to take a detour & abandoned the queue cut. Then he told me "see this road no jam", I just yeah yeah only. Then he brought me further into a less traveled road, but I still cool & diam only.

Suddenly, he told me took the wrong turn & needed to make a U turn. I was still cool & just commented "why not you use Waze instead"? Mana tau suddenly out of nowhere he got mad at me & shouted at me, asking me to stop talking. I just asked him a question & gave him a suggestion. What got into him at that time I don't know. But I still kept my cool, asked him why you shouting at me? He started blaming me for not booking the Grab earlier & if use waze will bring you back to jam lar blah blah blah.

These are totally irrelevant, I always book Grab from Prai to airport, all other drivers took the same route & sent me there on time. I do not want to use no- jam road if it lets me arrive slower. Our objective is to reach as fast as possible & waze always shows the fastest way. If waze shows that the way through the congestion is the fastest route, we have to take also lar. He doesn't use GPS, took the wrong turn & started blaming others. Afterwards he cooled down a bit & started driving frantically back to the main road instead of continuing with his previous so called "no- jam" route. He started driving aggressively, he overtook at a double line, rushed through a red light.

Finally I arrived at airport in one piece, taken 1 hour & 20 mins instead of the usual 45 mins. I barely caught my flight. He didn't say anything & never apologized, I just left him with a few words "good luck, bro", if you know what I meant. He got 1 star from me only & I made a service report.

I always revealed to other drivers that I am a part time driver also, and we always have pleasant conversations, I always give 5 stars. But these 2 drivers are a disgrace to our community & should be banned.
