Can implement navigation to rider apps same like driver?
So that they can know where they type in are correct or not and whether the driver are going the same route as directed by waze/google maps
If it already got ignore me then , just a ping here , won't affect your incentive haha
Actually a few problem I got here during raya
1. Klia2 job received at Jalan Banting area , 10min reached arrival , passenger said very hard get driver , a lot people waiting there , but the job was direct back to port klang ( for whoever grab staff that assign that job for me , thanks you very much )
2. Fake booking / play booking , but grab already send me message say will take action
( out of 100booking only 2-3 , not a problem at all especially with current no show )
3. Passenger request return trip like a boss after reach drop off
( to be honest here , some were their friend who can't get grab after long time thus request driver to send them )
- recommend implement return trip function , or note your customer about multi stop , a lot of them don't know .
4. Green face , red face , once we wrongly click green face can't change , actually for some ride I want to complaint , then look back history , forgetton then click green face ( I thought was b2b job that dint give green face) , then wrongly click and can't change .
5. During raya , some Indon male with full smoke smell go into my car , then what you expect I give to the next next next next next next next customer? I open full window , also still got smell , any fabric will just keep the smell on include my t shirt .
( one indon male throw away his smoke , then go in car , then go pickup the smoke while the smoke has not completely gone , then there's goes the smoke in my car , for whole day

)
( other type were dirty shoes , mud etc full foot print on my carpet )
( make a note to rider say please take care of driver car cleanliness )
( I think there were no selection of cleanliness on the complaint , maybe I am wrong , I do know got others )
6. Certain passenger has no legal document to be in Malaysia , such as some Indon( construction side) and black .
I hate most were black , sorry to say that but they were rather dangerous and make trouble like go here go there wait me etc etc. yet they never give tips < this was important .
( the black I fetch see an police car on highway , bro don't turn , go straight , did the police follow , ok turn here , did the police follow? His head hide at seat already , I just want to earn some money , don't want to involve in any big business deal . ) fear like shit man
7. Rider apps , when click current location , the location setting dint really change , just the pin moved, so please teach customer to pin correctly , such as zoom in etc ( implement driver navigation sync , or more advance give them location of driver and when they click navigate , they can know how long more driver will take to reach them.)

Last please don't ban us when we do small thing like this not to cheat you but help passenger get to the right location they want. Ohh an idea pops up was after we reach drop off point , if change drop off , extra lengthen the route and auto calculate lolssss
