Today 1 ignored ping, only 2 completed trips and 1 cancelled ping.

But how come my AR is 80% in the incentive tab? Should've been 75% right?

My CR is currently 30% 😅 first time this high la.

I've been getting long pup distances 7-8km, as if Grab really wants to strip me off my hard earned incentives.

Yesterday was quite a disaster for me.

Started online from 9.45am but only received my first rider at 11am and clocked out at 9pm.. Only managed to collect RM171 fare (RM50 offline) and RM55 incentives.

The traffic was so bad in MRR2 yesterday that I got 3-4 rider cancellations due to this. Not to mention I received 2 pings that needed 6-7km to be picked up.

The best one was around 7.10pm when I just passed Mines and received a GS ping from Taman Muhibbah near KTM Serdang going to Bangi for RM20. I said why not since the fare is quite reasonable and I can earn RM5 incentive. I had to make a 5.5km U-turn to pick up the rider. When I reached the pup, I called the rider and she said she was waiting at the Gate A bus stop. I thought she meant block A because there were flat units there. I went to block A and still couldn't see her and so I called her. Turns out she was waiting at the Komuter station! Wow what the hell. There's no way I'm braving the crazy traffic jam in front of South City just to pick her up, which will cost me another 3.5km and 15-20 minutes more to pick her up. I called CS and told her that the rider set the wrong pup and the CS cancelled the request without affecting my CR. Actually my CR went down from 16% to 14% due to this. What is so difficult to key-in KTM Serdang as your pup? If you're at KTM Serdang and your pup in rider app shows Taman Muhibbah, the most logical thing to do is to change your pup but even that seems to be a challenge for some people.

This happened because one time an international speaker came to our conference and told us anyone above 30 at that time, including myself, is Gen X. This was in 2013 I think.

Gen X sounds a lot cooler than Gen Y though. Y sounds so lembik 🤣

Yes you(we) are causing losses to Grab.

That's why we are already on their watchlist from the first day we receive our incentives LOL!

Last Saturday I only got 1 trip in 2 hours 😂

By the way today between 12pm-2pm TTDI became a short trip haven for me. No traffic jam at all. If only Grab set HP for that time 😭

Minimum is 30% weekly to stay on the platform, or 29% if you want to drive for MyCar 😉

Yes, as long as your weekly AR is above 30%, should not be a problem.

But watchout for your CR too. If AR 30% and CR 11%, I don't know what to say la.

Wow so many drivers got their account suspended due to rider cancellations.

This is the reason why I avoid city center like a plague between 5pm-8pm Monday-Friday. Rider cancellation messages pop up like machine gun shots during those slots.

Yesterday one driver complained on FB that his Grabpay fare has been pending for almost two days. He picked up a Bruneian from KLIA and sent the fellow to I forgot where and the fare was RM190 IIRC.

If you think Grab is crap(which it is), than you have no idea about MyCar.

The fare for MPV is currently cheaper than normal car for the same distance. Some iare worse, up to a difference of RM4 between those two.

Crazy.

Uber was the only legit e-hailing company in Malaysia, charity-fare aside 😂 I really miss Uber's friendly and helpful CS.

That's why we are in a crappy situation, because if you copy crap, then you'll get crap, not gold.

Couldn't be arsed about the busy area to be honest.
