Roughly summarizing MOT's announcement..

requirement for e-hailing part: (annually)
- PSV = RM115
- General medical checkup (cost?)
- Insurance cover note including passengers (cost?)
- Puspakom = RM55 (for cars registered to JPJ after 3 years and above, less than 3 years no need Puspakom check)
- 6-hour briefing/lecture = RM200 (attend at selected driving institutes or mana mana badan yg dipilih oleh JPJ.. compulsory)

Good news:
- commission from e-hailing capped at max 20%
- riders need to have valid ID (NRIC/Passport) during registration.
- e-hailing companies need to address issues brought up in the Driver's Tribunal (monitored by government)

Bad news:
- surging multiplier capped at x2.. no more granddaddy shark

No mention, sosco & kwsp part...

Grace period of one year (from 12/07/2018) for e-hailing companies to abid the new laws

There are constant polis road block at serdang perdana road from novelle hotel, enter bukit serdang road from astro, serdang raya road behind shell station to catch illegal workers. Most of the no passport foreigners scare to go out, even some kopitiam cannot do business because their workers have to "take leave" takut kena serbu. Have to go sri petaling, pj area to cari makan during last weekend, else only can get a few local ikan bilis trip in kampung baru serdang or upm student in sri serdang area.

It's proven that if you make a complaint, DR will drop. Crapcar really didn't concern about driver at all. What they want is no complaints from you, make more money for them. You die you punya hal. Past 2 weeks my DR no increase even though most of my passengers say will give me 5 star.  😀  Received email state 91% is rate 5 star but DR remain. Last week make complaints to CS my DR dropping. Today did the same things and my DR is - 0.01.
