I notice grab change their algorithm and system on assigning job. If most of the time i'm at Sunway, i hardly stay there for 1 hr, most likely will get thrown to PJ or other place. The system detect u do bilis job syiok syiok and sure throw to another place if there is a job going out from that area.

If one still carrying the old mentality to continue incentive, sure kantoi and bombard by those big fare job.
With now minimum fare RM5, u think can get that kind of average fare? average i get is around RM10 per job.

I was flexi last week. Manage to get a day cash back. Btw, is just too little to stay on. As a result I switch back to HG where I guess might give me more incentives. Flexi, u work like a cow, HG u work smart...

The calculation is let say you did 20jobs totalling of RM200. So you keep the all RM200 after grab comm of 20% offsetting the 20% cashback comm. Got it?

Recently I went for a briefing in a company that rents car to do grab.
The person that gave the briefing said that their company is partnering with grabcar, so they only allow grab app for drivers who rent their car. But the good thing is that he said because they are partners with grab, it will be easier for drivers who rent their car to get customers.

Do you guys think this is true? Is it possible that grab give priorities for drivers from company they partner with meaning If I driver, easier to get ping or something in that line.

or.. if you think more carefully... during morning Rush hour where are the commuters most likely wanna go?... you wanna do HG or just grab uber you have to adopt your thinking to be like that of Rider.. or else you will forever be suffering and cursing about incentives, pickup distance, traffic jam etc etc.

after all the duty of drivers is to take passengers where they wanna go. not where drivers wanna go. it's bonus if the destination is driver like to go... but you can't have easy time at work always either.

also if you think part time can do Incentive easier.. think again.

The ratio to earn 1 bullet is 1:4? for every 4 jobs accept, safe to ignore 1 job?
