That is not uncommon that my cancellation (PaX + DaX) shot >30% nowadays. I think the key word is Passenger’s Complaint.

My 1st warning received when 100%AR with 0%CR while a Korean Lady complaining I asked her to cancel after 15min Waiting, 5 times at PuP, 4 times chased by Police at KL Sentral.

Since we’re allowed to Cancel now & I would Not hesitate to cancel when Necessary.

Hilton and Le-Meridien masuk also have to check boots and security check, manyak susah to enter, the moment i'm under security check straight away count down and call rider if they didn't read message. Enter there also need to spend at least 5mins going through all the security check

This 2 is the most scare terrorist attack punya hotel, even PJ hilton can enter relax without any security check

whenever I get KL sentral as just the pup and the rider says in front Hilton I'm always scared whether the rider meant bus stop opposite Hilton or betulx2 he is in Hilton lobby...

btw during CNY I got pup at sentral arrival hall... reach there abam taxi harass force me cannot even stop.. must pass thru. I told Rider to cancel.

yesterday got 1 rider from PPR kepong area. i reached as per gps. then he said he saw me and ask me go to the yellow block (which is behind me). i saw few yellow blocks and i need to make a turn and search for his block C.

so i tell him to look for me as i dont know the area

then this CB called me 'bangau and bodoh'. i replied him and say 'its okay, thank you' and just left. i did not cancel and wait for him cancel. actually i am on the way from my appointment and set the SD to go home, so i dont care.. only 10 mins later he cancelled

i mentioned this with my next rider. he seems understand and commented that rider should appreciate driver as giving a ride for them and very convenience..

No need to ask or beg for 5 stars, instead i will tell them the stringent rule of grab to get maximum income, that is why your rating of 5 stars is important.

Tell them the rationale behind it and if they understand, they will most likely give u 5 stars.
