How u guys convert RAW picture to 3 exposes by using what software? I using lightroom and it like lot of noise occurs!

Yes, HDR a picture do generate a lot of noise. Try use some noise reduction on the final HDR output.

Can suggest few software that really work well on noise reduction? I found some like not so effective
