QUOTE(azerak @ Feb 27 2011, 09:18 AM) it is not stupid.it is just that the picture is not suitable for HDR.some people need to learn about composition first before even attempting HDR.by the way sir,can we have a look at your pictures?you must really have a good set of non-HDR pictures based on your 'stupid' response.at least give us a linkĀ right on bro +11111!!!Added on February 28, 2011, 9:50 am QUOTE(kakicam @ Feb 27 2011, 05:30 AM) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Added on February 28, 2011, 9:52 am QUOTE(lalalee @ Feb 27 2011, 01:43 AM) hi lala, plz do comment on my HDR pics... are they stupid as well? if they are, how so? define stupid in your definition. im so intrigued to know. as they say, constructive comments is a good thing. im new in this thread, and it seems you're the pro here from the way you comment la otai This post has been edited by lwliam: Feb 28 2011, 10:14 AM |

QUOTE(razuryza @ Mar 3 2011, 11:26 PM) hahahhaha *ouch*lalalee, who's been shoving thorns up your behind? But it seems you're enjoying it... Where's your pic? No guts to show ar? too bad then... guess your pics suck more than your words... Added on March 4, 2011, 2:19 am QUOTE(lalalee @ Mar 3 2011, 10:50 PM) this is why i hate digital photography. film photography always welcome you with open arms.... u can always go set your own trend.. oh wait, film has been around for decades, too bad, if you join them, you'd be the trend follower as well... that leaves u with.. well, technically nothing.. lonely and sour for the rest of your empty life.... sucks to be you thoughputting watermark on photo is a huge mistake. The photo is ruined. razuryza, nobody wants to steal your photo because it is ugly. you are just a trend follower. just sayin'. This post has been edited by lwliam: Mar 4 2011, 02:33 AM |

QUOTE(lalalee @ Mar 4 2011, 02:45 AM) jeez. i have been shooting with ae-1 for long time. is that all you've got? no other comments? awww, too bad... looking forward to your comments though. I don't care if the camera has great lenses, fastest focus, good IQ or something. All we need is the moment, the expression, the LIGHT. look at your taipei 101. no matter how good your hardware is, hdr destroys it. eww the sky. so, you're a trend follower yourself... i see... but still no balls to show us your godly photos? too bad then, still, sucks to be you though This post has been edited by lwliam: Mar 4 2011, 03:05 AM |

QUOTE(loverjinx @ Mar 8 2011, 03:33 PM) frankly, doesnt look too HDR-ed too me. The shadow areas are still near black, losing all the details inside. This scene's dynamic range can be easily captured with a single exposure with most of the cameras out there.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-dynamic-range_imaging This post has been edited by lwliam: Mar 8 2011, 06:06 PM |

QUOTE(bagata @ Mar 11 2011, 11:51 AM) wow i like the feel of this image.. nice work there bagata! although, since you're doing HDR, might as well get the view outside the window be within the dynamic range as well... This post has been edited by lwliam: Mar 14 2011, 01:46 PM |

Raz, not always can take multiple exp during the photo taking cycle, coz due to movement, can get pretty bad results, i always shoot RAW if i know i want to HDR it... dynamic range leeway is wide enough to cover the range needed
