Those using stock disposable paper air filter, how often do you all change?

Proton service schedule indicate change every 20k or every 12 months.

I've gone through the 18 month service with 25k mileage, but the service centre never change air filter on my car yet, don't know why.

whats the average fc you guys get? been driven for 3 years with 18 inch rim

highway = 10L/100km | 10km/L

My average is around 12.4km/L for a mix of highway and city drive. It is getting better after changing the air filter to K&N now going up to about 12.7km/L... 

Does anyone know why Inspira headlamps have motor, but no switch to control it?

Did Proton do it on purpose so that we have something to modify?
Or did they get conned, Mitsu sell them expensive version of headlamps?

Guys. Can suggest any car workshop kajang/bangi area that can do ecu diagnostic. My 2.0p engine cut off when a/c turned on.
