QUOTE(slimyhands @ Dec 7 2017, 03:01 PM) Did not want a Proton anymore. Whole life driving Proton. hahah.... anyway, whole life drive proton better than no car to drive, 92 saga also fake lancer 2. my wira 20yrs old given by my family and i only drive last 5 years. most of all accessories kong except power train, still able run 140kmh & turn sharp corner (thk to multi link?), oh air cond comp kong few times but recond comp very cheap for wira. Go in looking for Toyota, but come out with another Proton. Actually my family has a Saga BLM, no problems. But a lot of rattles, engine noise, interior plastics starting to get brittle and loose, but it is better than the 2001 Iswara we had before that. Iswara had issues with aircond compressor/condenser, distributor, valve seals, power window motors, lock actuator, alarm, fuel gauge, odometer, ignition, and probably a few more that I've forgotten. All of this within 7 years of ownership. My 92 Saga was way better than the 01 Iswara. We used it for 16 years. Changed only leaking condenser, and other wear stuff. Everything else original including power windows and alarm. The BLM is still very reliable after 9 years, but it lacks refinement. I wouldn't trust newer Protons with all the electronic and computerised gadgets, except for the fake Proton I just got. maintance cost cheap like hell, yearly spend rm300+- included other wear & tear parts. |

QUOTE(slimyhands @ Dec 11 2017, 12:03 AM) This car no match against an old 2008 Civic. Got! Only available in civic type rStyling wise park side by side, Inspira feels like Saga BLM. Look so plain. Civic even the wheel arches got nice design, compared to our plain one. No need to talk about interior. So nice fitting with no gaps. Stylish some more. Too bad Civic no manual. |

QUOTE(archonixm @ Dec 11 2017, 10:27 AM) i owned both before, not sure bout looks, that is subjective...but one thing i notice..fitting....i think quite ok to compare bothe...not that far U should get fd2rbut civic frame and body is weak, so if u somehow the same accident happen to quaza happen to you in a civic...80% chance say good bye to u. but civic got the brand malaysian loves and adore so much...'H', the power of dreams LOL....everywhere u go, malay car rempit will look at ur car..... awek and amoi will come.... Lapsap lala? who cares attitude.... 1 more thing, its hard to get good mint condition used civic, most of it is already major accident....because of the RV and cheap spare part, they can restored a total lost civic and sell to the market and still got good money, u cant do that to inspira... so u can be sure the inspira in the used car market usually never involve in major accident before.... my 2 cent... |
