Anyone can share Inspira 2.0P manual or the proper Lancer manual to download? the download links in the first page is no longer valid/file not found. I tried googling for Lancer manual, but not sure which one is same as our Inspira.

Mitsu original premixed long life coolant is RM50 for 4 litres. You need around 7 litres for full change.

If you buy generic coolant and mix it yourself then it's much cheaper.

With that price, surely they're not using Mitsu one.

Thank for the info. notworthy.gif

i just read other lancer service booklet, it mentioned coolant replace every 192k km / 7 - 8years once, so long life. and never mentioned aircond compressor oil, no need replace? hmm.gif

So.. this noon everything was normal.. just now at 7pm zero pressure... manage to bleed all the old fluid out..

Now the fluid coming out is clear, but the bubbles wont stop coming out!!!!!

I think there is a leakage else where but that is where my ability of car fixing stops. Can anyone here recommend me a reliable workshop to correctly fix the issue?? Your help is much appreciated

Alright, Turned out to be clutch pump's issue. Changed to a new clutch pump and now its up and running again.

Would like to thanks to Jacky (one of the first Lyn inspira test rat biggrin.gif) for guiding me where to source parts and stuff laugh.gif Would share the infos here if anyone needs it

However, after 2 weeks into it, i realize the clutch got its own mood one. Sometimes it get a bit soft, and sometimes a bit harder (Basically inconsistent pressure lar)

No leak was detected. However, there is one thing i did not do alongside with the clutch flush. The brake. I did not ask the mech to flush them brake lines.

So based on everyone's experience. Just wanted to confirm if your clutch pedal pressure changes occasionally? Was it even normal in the first place?

Some feedback would be awesome. Thanks. thumbup.gif

share the cost la, for cold start maybe pressure inconsistent. but if all the ways inconsistent (brake may affect too), maybe u need to bleed & flush again.

Original or third party stuff ?
inconsistent pressure are sign of pump failure. Did u replace both master pump and clutch release bearing ?

Share info lar... all parts that you changed and the costs.

My pressure is consistent, but i feel the clutch engaging point changes between when it's cold and after driving for 15 minutes. Recently noticed it, maybe it's just my clutch wearing out.
*
Parts that i change are only two : The Clutch Release bearing and the adapter. The parts if not mistaken Totaled about RM 450 (Pump = RM375, Adapter Rm75)

Labor cost + clutch fluid + Brake fluid amounted to RM 376.80.

Right after changing the pumps, the pedal pressure is solid af. but after a week, it become a bit softer. and as of now, sometimes it get a bit soft, but not as soft as the time where my pump fails. I really dunno the normal "feel" of the car since i've nvr test driven a new one before. lol

Oh so never drop and open the gearbox yet...

I would change the clutch and slave too. Then peace of mind for at least 30K km.

Will need to drop the Gearbox to change the Clutch Release Bearing leh... its a freaking time consuming process for such a direct fixed.. zzz

It's the maintenance.. Not the mileage.
We got someone driving 300k on the same slave pump.. Still going strong..
Myself done 156k.. Still going well

Yeah, I've seen you mention about clutch fluid change. I change it together with the brakes.

Too bad it's not stated in the service booklet. I wonder at SC, when they do the brakes do they do the clutch as well?
*
Do not simply bleed the clutch.. Just leave it as is.. But maintain clean brake fluid by Flushing the brake fluid regularly..

Old school mechanic likes to pump clutch pump till super tight.. It will actually kill the master pump.. Over pressure.

I see. Thank you for the insight. I think i'll need to bleed the brakes just in case.

for the clutch release bearing, i remember the mech said it was easy to replace since i was just some what situated near the brake fluid reservoir. But the fella have not done one of these manual inspira yet. Just wanted to understand more since its a matter of time i'll need to change it.. laugh.gif
