This or the pr1ma kajang...anyone got this dilema as me? Pr1ma kajang 3 room 950pfs = rm340k 2 room 80ppfs = 288k. Near to kajang mrt.

Kiara Kasih better..  Larger, Freehold, got balcony and swimming pool..

Condo without swimming pool and balcony, how many you can sell in the future.. max is 350K i think..

Its all depend which area your prefer.

Kuchaimas : more convenient, the restaurant, bank and kkmart are whitin the walking distance. Plus there will be a future mrt line 2 station.

Kiaramas : freehold, balcony and more facility. Nearby housing are worth more than rm500 - 1000 pfs. You property can hike up in no time, also since its a free hold, u can easily sell off after 10 years (probably earn an extra rm200k)

Really? I just went to the ballout, had got the unit. damm....no sure whether i take kuchai or Kajang. Kajang is more 40k for 3 bedroom but location wise. both got pro and con

Just to clarify, is the entrance B here?

I can't imagine how congested this place will be when lily apartment is ready. Plus 1 carpark per unit is a nightmare. Cars are gonna be parked everywhere. When MRT is ready, more cars and bikes will be scattered everywhere. The whole area is already super jam now all the time. Any idea if SUKE highway will help relieve congestion at this place?

I called to their office and there is a lady stuff that told me the Lily apartment wip corridor are all cement. (Bare cement without tiles)

I'm talking about the hallway/corridors outside every units, not the lift lobby area of each floor. (Lift lobby flor at each floor must be comes with tiles)

like tat s*@t liau, coz SA told me is got tiled corridor.

i hate cement one coz later will pecah pecah and become black color after long while, similar to ppr.

IFFFFF B11 is located at one of the MRT2 (in KL territory), it would be a great product...
