History of condos and apartments in Malaysia is about 30 years only. Only time will tell. With proper maintenance and upkeep a building can last over 100 years and more.
One condo in KL has a maintenance fee of 40 cents psf.  The sinking fund has excess of 1.5 million, more than enough to weather any storm. (The condo is only 9 years old).

With FD the funds get interest about 30-45k per year (extra funds), recently in AGM the owners voted yes to repaint the building. But the MC decided to defer that because the building still looks new (this is how you know you got the right people in charge - some management companies will push forward because of kickbacks.)

Hence the mentality of property owners have to change, maintenance fees are required and if you want good long term maintenance.

Don't complain if maintenance fees are increased as long as they are used in the right manner, pay up on time and have an active owners group for check and balance.

Wangsamas is next to LRT Sri Rampai, just few stations from KLCC.. but priced at RM198K.. got balcony sumore..

Lily is clearly a scam.. will be low cost flat in 10-15 years.. no balcony, no swimming pool, nothing..

New pedestrian bridge is being built next to the old one to connect to the shoplot from Kuchai Lama MRT station. Guess they will decommission the old bridge soon.

Location wise not bad.. very near LRT.. the only drawback only no swimming pool and balcony.. that's why Lily fall behind Enesta Kepong as best TOD rumawip..
