Hence the mentality of property owners have to change, maintenance fees are required and if you want good long term maintenance.

Don't complain if maintenance fees are increased as long as they are used in the right manner, pay up on time and have an active owners group for check and balance.

If like this i better stay in landed. Less hassle, and not pathethic land on air. Condo given the right circumstances with good residence can sustain, but given the affrdable housing past track record, many stay are majority parlia and alot if assissin ninja thag causes many vandalism around the whole building, and developer giv many free units to land settlers who do not even have the "privillage" to pay maintenance fee. Dont expect them to pay maintenance fee.

They will say "dulu i punya tanah ini tak perlu bayau apa apa, buat ape cekarang nak bayar?? kuku bird

Yes, 300k, no wonder many chiness rater top up few more and avoid these affordable housing entirely. Rather than stuck with parlia cheap mentality product bundled together with the people inside, heck some people dont even dont know the difference betwern balcony and window, and say no difference at all.
