There is an existing pedestrian bridge not far from the de tropicana condo. But is small in size as the purpose is to cater the ajinamoto workers.

If we based on the layout proposed there will be a new direct underground/overhang pedestrian bridge.

Where you get this info?

Ajinomoto factory is (sorry, my previous post had typo, the new bridge with build direct linked near to lily apartment, so the distance probably only 200m)

I see, the kuchai station mrt is surrounded with highway and the only access for crowded pedestrians to the station is by the small pedestrian bridge.

Kuchai Avenue is a.bit far than Lily to MRT?
