Hi Maxis,
I m just upgrade from 10mb to 30mb recently, but my download speed rarely can reach 30mb, no matter using p2p or direct download, even my steam maximum download speed also around 10mb only, why is this happened? Can Maxis help reset my port? Will it help?
And when the maxis operator called to upgrade, they claimed that download and upload speed also 30mb, is that true? But when speed test, upload speed around 10mb only.

Maybe you are still stuck at 10meg speeds... And if you call to maxis, they most likely would tell you that, "I do apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please be informed that internet speeds are based on best effort"....

try lan cable and see

when did you call for the upgrade?
did you restart your router/modem?
Do you have QoS set in your router?
Doesnt looks like your plan has been upgraded yet.

They called me last week, the router been on/off several times, not setting any qos at router, and my plan should have upgraded because i can see my plan is MaxisOne Home 30Mbps using MyMaxis app. Actually sometimes i can get up to 30mb download speed but just very rarely....

Just normal landed and using direct lan cable to the PC....

Maxis need to fix this from their end.

I found out if using the speed test beta then i can get this result... So Maxis 30mbps plans is both up and down speed also 30mb???

You need to work with their tech team to escalate that issue of yours, many months back i had issue connecting to XBLive server during 7pm-12am starting from friday-Sunday only, i capture all the ping test to various US server & Xbox network test with packet lost result, mailing forth & back with maxis tech. At the end they switch some routing for my port (I guess) which my ping to XBLive server now is about <50 previously 180-220

Hi guys....what is the speed result should get with Maxis 30mbps? i got below 30mbps in Maxis speed test. is that normal? or should be more than that? previous unifi can reach up to 150++
