when did you call for the upgrade?

did you restart your router/modem?

Do you have QoS set in your router?

Doesnt looks like your plan has been upgraded yet.

yes thats correct, maxis 30mbps plan is 30up/30down unlike Unifi

You need to work with their tech team to escalate that issue of yours, many months back i had issue connecting to XBLive server during 7pm-12am starting from friday-Sunday only, i capture all the ping test to various US server & Xbox network test with packet lost result, mailing forth & back with maxis tech. At the end they switch some routing for my port (I guess) which my ping to XBLive server now is about <50 previously 180-220
