Planning to buy Panasonic Food Processor (~RM750). Got code?

I had a bank promo code where the discount was not applied when I checkout at Shopee. Been contacting Shopee and after a few emails their customer service simply stop responding. Even after I sent reminders, Shopee does not respond to my emails and the matter is unresolved after 2 weeks.

Anyone has a similar experience?

Does anyone know what is the actual process/experience of requesting for a refund/cancel order? I've ordered something from this seller topfire
It has been about 3 weeks now but I still do not receive (the shipping said 15 days) the parcel from him and worst of all the seller refused to answer any questions. I believe he is a dropshipper where he doesn't own any stock but just order from china/taobao and resell at a higher price.

Guys, I am having this issue with shopee. I made 6 transactions successfully before I got this error message. I checked several times the credit card details and I am very sure all the info was correct.
When I called shopee, I got the reply that this message appeared because the account is under watch list. When I asked for further details, I was told they are unable to inform me due to PDPA act.

Is there any other way to go about this?
Also, is it a problem if a user uses multiple devices to access his account and his wife's account? I noticed that I have been having these problems because I log in and log out of the accounts with multiple devices. Previously, shopee support has mentioned that 1 account should be used from 1 device only to avoid problems.

Any tips guys?

Maybe try deleting all your card information in 'My account'

I always do that whenever i make EVERY purchase with shopee since i got a lot of errors.
